Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.  All requests for refunds or returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of product.  Please contact us by phone at (773) 622-5517 or by email to request a refund, or with any questions.  Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  All claims for damage will be filed with the carrier.  In these instances, refunds will be given once the carrier has approved the claim.  This usually happens within 7 to 10 business days of filing of claim.
